Exceptionally clean hotel

People and rooms were nice, but I had to spend extra $70 per day to go to see Savannah, on taxis.
It's definitely too far from anywhere, and nobody knows how to arrive to anywhere from there without a car.

Friendly service was provided at this hotel. the location was particularly good and magnificent, at a medium distance from Crosswinds Golf Club. - I truly enjoyed that the hotel was a 20-minute drive from the airport.

Clean, spacious and well equipped room (fridge, kitchenette, toaster, coffee facilities...); friendly and helpful staff; quiet; pool; great value for money. We were very positively surprised by this hotel and would definitely recommend it as a good alternative to the hotels downtown Savvannah which cost much more and probably aren't that clean and generous.And it is only a 20 minutes drive to downtown Savannah.
The only negative point: There was absolutely no shade at the pool, no umbrellas, trees etc.

The location was excellent and the staff was wonderful. I had a fairly quiet and exceptionally nice room. - Housekeeping and wake-up service were available in the room. - the service was friendly, making the hotel a terrific and nice place.

Awesome stay for our family vacation. Soft beds, fairly quiet, and comfortable rooms. - Clean bathroom with bathtubs; wonderful and kind staff. - Great and awesome location to a convenience store. - Short walk to the airport and waffle house, restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping.

I have no complaints and plan to stay there again on my next trip to Savannah. They allow pets and have smoking rooms for those who still smoke.

We chose Candlewood Suites because they allowed our small Yorkie to stay with us and because it was located in the middle of our destinations. We were not disappointed - everything was very nice and we enjoyed staying there--close to nice restaurants and shopping and the area wasn't packed like downtown Savannah was. We would stay there again. (And quiet considering it is near the airport--we were not disturbed at all.) Jack and Scarlett in Florida
